After reading Dr. Stephen Cabral’s book, “The Rain Barrel Effect,” I made a very conscious effort to start eating cleaner. I have been trying for years to heal my daily chronic migraines – and eliminating toxins and eating healthier food really struck a nerve with me. I love sprouts, but aside from when Jimmy John’s used to have them available for my favorite sandwich, (The Turkey Tom) I haven’t been able to easily find them.
So, I decided to start growing my own. This set works perfectly for my needs. The container is placed on my counter and I add 1-2 tablespoons of seeds. After a couple of days of minimal care, I have sprouts for days. I alternate the jars so that I constantly have some growing while I have a full jar in the fridge. It works great for my needs.
